HUACAYA - Pfeiffer Park Jamaica Blue
|Sire||Waradene Gene SB Huacaya|
|Dam||Oasis Cherry Ripe RG Huacaya|
Jamaica Blue is a special little girl, who comes from the oldest breeding female we had on our farm Cherry who turned 21 years of age before she passed following the cyclone this year. Cherry is the first progeny of foundation breeders Sue and Mike Snow of Oasis Alpacas. Cherry had a gorgeous personality - gentle and sweet and was easy to handle. Her daughter Blue has the same inquisitive nature and we hope she will develop into the good quality breeder that her mum was too.
Blue is one of the few animals to be offered for sale from solid black sire Waradene Gene - who has the most impressive career of any black huacaya in Queensland. Blue is soft and upright, well conformed and is halter trained. She is ready for breeding and comes with a free mating to any stud owned by Pfeiffer Park Alpacas. And with all that grey and black in her background, we would certinaly recommend that you take her down that track when the time comes.
This animal is being offered for sale by Candisa Alpacas - who are donating the sale to the not for profit alpaca youth group the Capricorn Camelid Club. On behalf of the Club, we thank Sue for her incredible generousity. Our farm will be donating the husbandry/agistment costs until sold and mating/ultrasound fees.
